At L’Jamila, we want you to feel confident trying our beauty rituals. If something is not right with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns for unopened products

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

If you tried a product and it was not the right fit for you, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. Products that are empty or mostly used are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund when approved.
