What is the return policy?
At L'Jamila, your satisfaction is our priority. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. If a product simply wasn't the right fit, reach out within 30 days and we'll work with you on a refund, replacement, or store credit — though products that are mostly used are not eligible. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Our Moroccan Signature line products are all made in Morocco.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price and duties before you purchase. We have free shipping in Canada on orders over $70 CAD and free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $150 CAD.
