We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

International Orders & Customs Duties: For orders shipped outside of Canada, including to the United States, customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes that may be assessed upon delivery by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable duties or import fees.
